Aaron has been training and competing in martial arts for the last 16 years, starting out in Kung Fu at age 11, and then moving on to Muay Thai to fight competitively. He has also competed in boxing, Brazilian jiu jitsu and MMA during his career, helping to round out his knowledge of fighting as a whole.
After starting his training in Muay Thai, Aaron traveled to Thailand for the first time where he became obsessed with the sport, and now makes regular trips there to revise both his teaching and fighting skills.
His classes are a mix of intensive specific conditioning in the sport as well as technical drills, with the goal of creating both extremely fit and well rounded technical fighters.
An active MMA fighter, he currently runs our morning Muay Thai classes and is available for 1-to-1 sessions on request.
