New classes
– Beginners only new classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) in London have started and will take place every Monday and Wednesday from 6:30pm – 7:30pm at our BJJ London Gyms. This is a great class for learning core techniques for BJJ and Luiz, the instructor, will ensure that you master basic form and techniques before joining the general classes.
Boxing classes London start on Thursday 21st February from 7-8pm. Theres been a lot of interest in coming along but space is limited in this one so please get in touch if you would like to take part.
