As promised, the link you’ll need to use to login to your ClubManager account and book a space in any session on or after Saturday 25 July is –
Please login as soon as you can and check we have all your correct details including your email address, mobile number and home address. If any of these are incorrect please update them. Please also add a photo (head and shoulders only) of yourself. If you cannot login then please email [email protected] and include the surname and date of birth you attempted to login with.
Currently, only those who used to ‘check in’ using the electronic tablets at LFF reception will be on the system. We will be adding those who ‘pay per class’ but not until we have tested the system with those who pay monthly/yearly first. This will take a few days depending on how things go so please check back here for further updates.
If you have any symptoms of Covid-19 (the main ones are having a high temperature, a new continuous cough, a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste) and/or should be quarantining and/or have been in contact with people that may be infected, suspected or diagnosed with Covid-19 then stay home. If you want to train, then Zoom classes are available.
We will need everyone to complete new membership forms so we have up-to-date information about you. These will be available to download later this week and hard copies will also be at LFF.
Please come ready to train and leave in your gym gear. In keeping with government advice, changing rooms and showers will not be available for general use.
When entering and walking around the gym, please keep your face mask on. When training, leave it with your shoes, and water at the edge of the mats.
Things You Need to Know about Booking Classes Online
As previously mentioned, in order to maintain social distancing class numbers will be constrained.
If you wish to use the weights area (and have our unlimited membership) you must still book in as the number of people using this space will also be limited.
‘Open’ sessions on our timetable still count as regular classes – please speak to your instructor/s if you would like them to give you something to work on during these.
‘Open’ sessions must still be booked as participant numbers will again be constrained.
You will be able to book into any session two days’ in advance of it taking place and will be notified via email if a class space has been reserved for you.
If you can’t book onto a class you will be automatically added to our waiting list and notified via email if a space becomes available.
If you can’t attend a class you must login to your ClubManager account and cancel your place giving 24 hours’ notice. If you don’t, the class will still count towards your monthly membership tally and – if it happens regularly – you will need to book via a separate system in order to ensure we’re not reserving spaces that are unlikely to be used.
