Starting from Tuesday 3 March we’ll have Strength & Conditioning Classes every Tuesday and Thursday morning. There’ll be two sessions each morning – the first from 6:30-7:15am and a slightly later one from 7:15-8am.
These lessons are great for everyone, from those who plan to compete and want to give themselves an extra edge to those who haven’t trained for some time and want to improve their fitness, faster. Classes will help ensure you have the athletic skills and ability that play a vital role in martial arts London. Training involves a variety of methods and equipment from skipping, kettle bells, weights, olympic lifting and plyometrics. No one session is ever the same and you’ll see results very quickly.
