To ensure safety, hygiene, and consistency on the mats, all members attending grappling classes at London Fight Factory are required to follow our uniform guidelines. These rules apply to all BJJ and grappling-based sessions.

Required Uniform

• LFF Gi or Rash Guard: Members must wear the official London Fight Factory uniform during all grappling sessions. This helps maintain a professional and unified team appearance.

General Rules for Safety and Etiquette

For the comfort and safety of all students, please observe the following:

• No Vest Tops: Vest-style tops are not permitted for grappling classes as they can shift and cause discomfort or skin exposure during training.
• No Zips or Buttons: Clothing with zips, buttons, or metal components can scratch partners and damage mats.
• No Glass Bottles: Bring drinks in plastic or reusable bottles to avoid breakage and ensure safety on the mats.
• No Long Fingernails: Keep nails trimmed short to prevent accidental scratches or injuries.
• No Football Shirts: Jerseys are not suitable for grappling due to their loose fit and risk of tearing.
• No Advertising Other Brands or Gyms: To maintain team unity and professionalism, we ask members not to wear gear featuring other gym or brand logos during training.
