Yes. Most of our members cross-train between disciplines to become well-rounded martial artists.
Absolutely. Every discipline has beginner-friendly sessions designed to ease you in.
Yes. All members attending grappling classes are required to wear the official LFF uniform.
For everyone’s safety and comfort, the following are not permitted:

Membership starts from £75/month, with flexible plans depending on how many disciplines you want to train.
Yes. There’s a £15 joining fee for all new members.
Yes, you can drop in for most classes. Cost is £20 per class.
Yes, a 1 month freeze per calendar year is permitted. Further freezes are allowed subject to our T’s &C’s
Not at all. Most students begin with no prior experience. Our coaches will guide you step-by-step.
Yes, we offer Kids, BJJ, Muay Thai and Wrestling Classes.
Yes. You’re welcome to observe a session — just message us beforehand.
For Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai, children can start as young as 6. For Wrestling, around 9 years old.
