Yes. We allow freezes for holidays, injury, or travel.
Not at all. Most students begin with no prior experience. Our coaches will guide you step-by-step.
Yes. We offer Kids BJJ classes for ages 6–14 with separate groups for age ranges.

Mats are cleaned daily, and hygiene is a top priority for all students and staff.
No. Sparring is always optional, especially for new students.
Comfortable gym clothes are perfect. No shoes on the mats.
