Our Muay Thai lessons are structured for all levels. Whether you’re new or experienced, you’ll train with top coaches who focus on real technique, conditioning, and improvement.

All classes are held on Mat 2 and taught by Coach Anton and Coach China.

Yes. We have dedicated classes for absolute beginners and also welcome newcomers in our mixed sessions. No experience is required.

Wear gym clothes. If you have gloves, wraps, or shin guards, bring them — otherwise we’ll help you get started with gear at the gym.

Muay Thai uses knees, elbows, clinch work, and a unique rhythm not found in standard kickboxing. It’s often considered more complete and practical for real fighting.
